Terms of Use:

Thank you for your interest in Largess Ltd..

 

Our product lines include original and high quality products manufactured and made in Israel, unique artifacts representing Israel’s history, religions and heritage.

Such as:

- Official replicas of Biblical archeology items.
- House decorations, such as ancient photos of Holy Land sites.
- Houseware and decorations in the spirit of Land of Israel values.

The following are some procedures that you may find helpful:
• We accept Credit Cards and PayPal.
• All open account terms are NET 30 Days after date of invoice and F.O.B. Origin/Prepay and add.
• All credit cards and purchase orders are subject to verification.

We generally ship within 14 business days after receipt of order. We charge Actual-shipping cost plus handling, and fully insure the goods. We may require signature upon delivery. International shipments are available and are shipped with major carriers or VIA freight forwarder of your choice.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

Largess.org reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for a payment problems or fraud. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Rarely may be technical reasons to decline order, in this cases Largess will offer alternative product or refund.

We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

If you register on the Site, you agree that any information you provide to us will be current, accurate and complete.

Conditions of Sale

 

Largess Ltd. does its best efforts to bring any essential matter to the awareness. Such as: quality, quantity, sizes, weight, material, service, use, care or other attributes according to its knowledge.
Largess does not responsible to any use of products, services or information.
The site photos are for illustration only, decoration or color changes can be done, according the supplier and Largess at any time.

Changes, Misprints, Errors

Subject to applicable law, we: (a) reserve the right to change the goods and services advertised or offered for sale through this Site, the prices or specifications of such goods and services, and any promotional offers and any other Site Materials at any time and from time to time without any notice or liability to you or any other person; (b) cannot guarantee that goods or services advertised or offered for sale on this Site will be available when ordered or thereafter; (c) reserve the right to limit quantities sold or made available for sale; (d) do not warrant that the Site Materials (including without limitation product descriptions or photographs) are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free; and (e) reserve the right to cancel, to terminate or not to process orders (including accepted orders) where the price or other material information on this site is inaccurate or when we recognize abuse of our policies. If we do not process an order for such reason, we will advise you that the order has been cancelled and will either not charge you or will apply credit to the payment type used in the order.

If we are legally required to collect sales tax on merchandise you order, we will have the right to add the tax amount will be automatically to your purchase price. On rare occasions an error in our state sales tax database may cause the sales tax charge to be incorrect. This right to a refund is your exclusive remedy for sales tax errors.

 

REBATE COUPONS

Rebate coupon redemptions are limited to ONE PER ADDRESS only, unless otherwise noted.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.
We do attempt to get an authorization on your card for the amount of your order before your order is placed.

 

Please note: credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.

If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.

Products that are manufactured by demand (hand made craft) will be ship as soon as it is ready.
Special processing time is written by the product page and it is separate. Special order is not include in the standard shipping regulation by this document.

 

Credit / Debit Card Authorizations

An authorization on a credit or debit card is a hold against your banks credit card spending limit. When the goods are shipped, a charge for the total amount of the order shipped will be sent to your credit card bank. Your bank should release the authorization when the charge is received. A charge is the only time a transfer of funds is completed; an authorization is not a transfer of funds.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES

Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the average weight of your shipment and the type of shipping service that you specify (standard or express). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. The shipment terms are according the terms of use of the shipment company. If your order will be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. According the shipment company, there will be two delivery trials.

Changing shipping address can not be done after submit order.
• We formalized with a standard addressing scheme for all domestic mail. These are: street number, P.O. Box or rural delivery. Phone number must be added according the shipment companies.
• We do not bill to APO/FPO boxes.

If this transaction involves an export under the Israel export regulations, the commodities, technology and/or software sold or distributed under these terms and conditions of sale exported from the Israel by Largess.org were exported in accordance with such regulations.

RISK OF LOSS
If the Customer provides with Customer's carrier account number or selects a carrier other than a carrier that regularly ships for Largess.org, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from Largess.org to Customer upon shipment. For all other shipments, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from Largess.org to Customer upon receipt by Customer. Largess.org retains a security interest in the products until payment in full is received. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges. A purchase insurance coverage is includes our shipping rates according the shipment companies.

 

RISK DISPUTE RESOLUTION

You and Largess.org agree to resolve any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to your purchase of any product or service from Largess.org by a small claims court. We agree that the small claim proceeding will exclusively take place in Israel and due to the Israeli law.
Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LARGESS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR THE MATERIALS CONTAINED IN, OR ACCESSED THROUGH, THIS SITE.

RETURN POLICY AND GUARANTEE

Return Policy is according the protecting Customer regulation by Israeli law (1981).
Every product you buy from Largess.org is backed first by the product manufacturer's or supplier’s warranty. Largess.org's 14 business day limited guarantee may also apply.

When you purchase something on Largess.org, we forwarded your donation to people in need. If you find that you must return an item, we make it easy.

Largess.org's 14 day limited guarantee provides for either exchange or or a replacement or refund (excluding shipping and handling) of qualifying merchandise.

 

The coverage terms are:
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 14 days from receiving, so we can arrange for appropriate action. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

 

Returned products must be in new condition, include original outer packaging, all disks, registration cards, inner packing materials and other accessories and without assembly, be received within 14 days of the date shipped. Items which made especially due a client order can be returned only for defects (according 4c. (3) Protecting client Israeli law). We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming returns.

 

If returning is not a result of damaging, returning fee will be consider up to 5% product price or 25$ US, the lowest from them. 
According the demands of the online credit card processing for canceling order, full credit card details are needed. (We do not retain debit card PINs or credit card security codes, and we not maintain a credit card number).

Client, who won't supply his full credit card data, could not cancel his purchase. Returning charge is due to the credit company procedure and its regulations. A canceling fee may also taking by the online payment gateway transaction company.
A full Payment will be done, even if you didn't receive the product, but the delivery was done.

Shipping costs will not be paid by Largess.org when returning an item due to general dissatisfaction or purchaser regret.

 

Software, consumables and virtual products do not qualify for Largess.org’s 14 day limited guarantee have less extensive returns privileges and may be supported exclusively through the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty. Please check the item listing for specific details regarding individual products coverage. Terms and conditions may vary by manufacturer, supplier or product. Largess.org will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers and suppliers.
You can also review warranty coverage and returns privileges for any specific product in that item’s listing on our website.
You can request a Return Authorization for most products eligible for return through Our Customer Service.

 

Returning Package: please follow these steps:

1.  Complete the return form located on the bottom of the original packing slip included in your order.

2.  Detach the form and place it into the box you are returning.

3.  Pack the item.

4.  Ship the package. You may ship the item(s) using the Largess's office address located on the bottom of label.

 

Legal Equivalency

This electronic document and any other electronic documents, policies and guidelines incorporated herein will be: (i) deemed for all purposes to be a "writing" or "in writing," and to comply with all statutory, contractual, and other legal requirements for a writing: (ii) legally enforceable as a signed writing as against the parties subject to the electronic documents; and (iii) deemed an "original" when printed from electronic records established and maintained in the ordinary course of business. Electronic documents introduced as evidence in any judicial, arbitration, mediation or administer of proceeding will, if established and maintained in the ordinary course of business, be admissible to the same extent as business records in written form that are similarly established and maintained.

Modification of Site Terms

Largess Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Site Terms in our sole discretion from time to time and only Largess has the right to do so.
If the Site Terms are changed, we will post the new terms on the Site and note the date they were last updated. Any changes or modification will be effective upon posting of the Site Terms as revised, and your use of the Site following the posting will constitute your acceptance of the new Site Terms.

We encourage you to review our privacy statement to make sure you understand how information you provide will be used. If there is ever a material change to how we use information you provide and the new uses are unrelated to uses we disclose in this statement, we will communicate the changes in advance.
